Dr. Kecia Leathers Rogers is a highly motivated and results oriented educator with twenty-six years of experience in the Durham Public Schools. Dr. Rogers, a native of Durham, North Carolina is married with two children.

CRREI Board Secretary

Dr. Megan Lyons is an Assistant Professor at North Carolina Central University and a former Career Technology Intervention Coordinator.

CRREI Board Treasurer

Kara Johnson is a doctoral student at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a middle school administrator in Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, with more than 12 years of experience in K-12 education. She has served in both teaching and school leadership roles at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Retired CRREI Board Member

Dr. Pamela Kidd was born and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Fayetteville State University and her Master's of School Administration from North Carolina Central University. Dr. Kidd is a retired administrator and served as Principal for Smith Middle School - Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools.

Dr. Dionne V. McLaughlin is an Associate Professor at North Carolina Central University in the Master of School Administration Program.
