Dr. Kecia Leathers Rogers is a highly motivated and results oriented educator with twenty-six years of experience in the Durham Public Schools. Dr. Rogers, a native of Durham, North Carolina is married with two children.

Dr. Megan Lyons is an Assistant Professor at North Carolina Central University and a former Career Technology Intervention Coordinator.

CRREI Board Treasurer

Pamela McAllister was born and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Fayetteville State University and her Master's of School Administration from North Carolina Central University. This is her 6th year as an administrator and she currently serves as Principal for Smith Middle School - Chapel Hill-Carrboro City schools.

Dr. Dionne V. McLaughlin is an Associate Professor at North Carolina Central University in the Master of School Administration Program.
